Come out to the 9E Ranch (Bastrop) for picnic in the Lost Pines of Texas. District Governor Rick Stacy will be there for a visit with our club. RSVP so we can have chairs and tables available and bring your own chairs if you like. There is plenty of room to socially distance and everyone needs to wear a mask except while you are at your table. Everyone bring your own picnic and drinks so no sharing of food. We will just enjoy seeing each other and being in the Lost Pines. How to Picnic in the Pines during a Pandemic? We want everyone to be safe and feel safe. 1. Wear a mask (Required by Bastrop County) and come with your safe family group. 2. Stay 6 or more feet from anyone not in your "Safe Family Group". Groups may not be larger than 10 according to Bastrop County Rules so we must spread out and not be in groups. 3. Greet each other with "elbow bump" while turning your face away. 4. When you arrive pick your table or space and place your food, drinks and table decorations on the table. No one may step closer than 6 feet from your table. 5. While at your table eating, masks not rquired. 6. Feel free to hike the 9E Ranch or just relax at your table. 7. Wear closed toe shoes.. 8. Bring hand sanitizer and bug spray. 9.. There are many great restaurants in Bastop to pick up food for your picnic. Call and drive through on the way. (Schlotzsky's, KFC, Chick-fil-A, Taco Cabana,Toco Bell, Burger King, Jalisco Mexican, Southside BBQ, Panda Express, etc.) 10. Bring and wear your own name tag- make it big.- Sometimes with a mask it is hard to recognize each other. 11. Bring your own chairs, just in case, but we will probably have enough. 11. I know it is alot to do and think about but we do want everyone to come and have a good time safely. Be Flexible, Friendly and fun loving 6 feet away from each other!
