E-Club Education & Literacy Book Donations

In celebration of Basic Education and Literacy Month, members of the Rotary E-Club took meaningful steps to support literacy and lifelong learning in their communities. Rotarians Juanita Lira and Juan Lira generously donated a collection of books to the Laredo Public Library, helping to expand access to educational resources for local families and children. Their contribution reinforces Rotary's commitment to promoting literacy as a foundation for opportunity and empowerment. Additionally, Rotarians Blanca and Miller Swayzer extended support to the newly opened Dandelion Christian Montessori School in Killeen by donating books and essential school supplies. Their thoughtful gifts will help create a nurturing and well-equipped learning environment for young students beginning their educational journey.
